We work directly with farming communities in Yobe and Kano, providing quality seeds, training, and fair pricing. This partnership ensures pesticide-free hibiscus grown under sustainable practices while supporting local livelihoods.

Processing

After harvest, hibiscus is carefully cleaned and sorted. Manual sorting removes visible impurities, while mechanical vibrating sieves eliminate stones, dust, and debris. This dual process guarantees a clean, uniform raw material ready for export.

Testing

Each batch is subjected to lab-certified analysis, covering pesticide residues, microbiology, and color specifications. Sampling follows strict protocols (Square Root Method √N), ensuring traceability and compliance with EU/US standards.

Packaging

Moisture is a critical compliance factor for the EU market. We dry hibiscus under controlled conditions and use mechanical sorting + vibration sieves to stabilize moisture content, preventing mold and ensuring long shelf life.

We operate warehouses in Kano and Southwest Nigeria, with a logistics team dedicated to reducing FOB time to 2 weeks. We mainly ship via APMT Terminal Lagos, but also other ports in Nigeria using multiple carriers to secure delivery windows.

We provide free quality seeds, provide tools, sun-hats, with continuous onsite training post planting.

We are in the process of securing Rainforest Alliance certification, and we have also started ISO 22000 certification as an international standard for FSMS.
